Serves: 2 servings
Ingredients
¾ cup pumpkin puree,
1 ripe banana, mashed,
1 cup apple juice, ½ cup fresh orange juice,
½ cup fresh pineapple juice,
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon,
⅛ tsp ground ginger,
pinch ground nutmeg,
pinch ground cloves,
pinch all spice,
brown sugar to taste,
vegan whipped topping (or whipped cream, if you prefer)
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients (except whipped topping and
orange zest) in a blender, and process until smooth.
2. Garnish with whipped topping and orange zest. Serve
immediately.
