Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour: one hundred gms
Warm water: two hundred cc
Salt: a pinch
Ajwain*: a pinch
Purified butter/ ghee: one tablespoon
For filling:
Potato - one stewed
Cheese - fifty gms grated
Green peas - fifty gms stewed
Fenugreek (Methi) inexperienced leaves - 2 sprigs, (washed and really finely chopped)
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Oregano - a pinch
